Description
The scallop shell is the symbol of the pilgrimage to Compostela.
Tradition has it that those who venture on this initiatory path attach one of these shells to their pilgrim's staff or backpack as a sign of protection and recognition. Here is a scallop shell to remind us of this past or future experience.
